Ultra High Def (YouTube)

I was looking for the UHD resolution which is supposed to be 2160p (4k), but I only see 3072p. Is that mislabeled for the 2160p feeds? If so, you may want to also add 1440p along with 2160p.

Some resolution are available in the browser but are not mp4 files. Did you check the result of the geturisasync method? There you have also audio only and video only streams.. Do you have a sample youtube id?

It seems if I use the 3072p option, it returns a 720p url for the video. A sample ID is kYQ8w7kxdDk.

Also, looking at the urls, it seems it does find one 2160p url with an itag of 138, but it has no audio. I wasn't able to figure out yet why it isn't finding a 2160p that has both audio and video.

Because there isnt... Its adaptive streaming, and the player has to play both simultaneously.

Ok, i've added itag 138 (2160p).

You need a way to play the audio and video streams at the same time...
Maybe the http://playerframework.codeplex.com/ can do that.

Ok thanks. I'm using the Player Framework, so I'll give it a shot.
